Is it really true that the Tranquillien tabard was never put in the game? I had never played WoW until this past year, and looking online at certain things, I saw the Tranquillien tabard got excited, and then ended up immediately being let down learning it wasnt in the game for some reason. Does anyone know why? And is there any hope that it will be added? I want it so bad.

The reward for that quest chain is a handy dandy blue weapon that is nowhere near even best in slot for the bracket. But, like, the quest zones cool and being exalted is cool too and stuff.
