I think class/spec skins cross the line to deeper dev and should just be a big expac feature. If I ever have to choose between two of – WAIT, IS THIS STUFF BNET ACCOUNT OR WOW ACCOUNT RESTRICTED??

This specific hat has shown up in the PTR database on 10.0.5 but didn’t show up at the Trading Post. I am hoping they will add it as a cosmetic at some point.
I wouldn’t mind some reputation rewards like tabards, mounts, or cosmetics from reps that are - frankly - either impossible to grind now or just take forever.
Getting on my hunter last night, I realized just how few low-fantasy ranged weapons there are that LOOK good. Like I remember the cata-era rifles that looked super simple but people used them all the time because no one wanted to use BIG GOOFY ANNIHILATOR DEATHSTICK 9000.
So yeah, more simplified ranged weapons INCLUDING CROSSBOWS
They’ve added a JC recipe on 10.0.7 PTR that is able to create the old Speed Racer square gogs.
Also several other recipes that will create old removed items.
THIS is the kind of stuff I want, but way more of it.
ETA: Also, seems to be lots of Troll things. This piques my interest.

Either with a gravity-fed cassette in the top to hold the additional bolts, or a gear-and-spring-powered drum built into the stock to feed bolts into the groove with every shot?

Flynn Fairwind’s longcoat. Or just more longcoats in general that aren’t locked only to Kul Tirans. Seriously, either put it in the Trading Post or put in a quest where I can knock Flynn out and take his. I mean I like the guy, but that’s a damn fine coat.
I want a 2h hammer model that looks like hammer from the rock breaking contest in S1 of the Rings of Power…
First off are some tunic options for armor sets that only had robes. In particular Regalia of the Skybreaker and Garb of Venerated Spirits are two of my favorite tier sets in the entire game, but I want an option with the legs showing because the style suits my character better.
Next up are a bunch of weapons used by NPCs, two in particular being a large brown greatsword that I’ve seen used by a number of vrykul mobs, and a three-pronged hand-axe used by Horde soldiers.
I still want high heels, but also heaps more ankle-high shoes of different colors and patterns as well. A lot of the shoe-like foot options leave an ankle cut-off with the more simple (and not-so-simple) leg options.
I’d love it if they split face and head in the next expac so we could wear glasses and hats, face masks and hoods etc.
Then, add loads more of that stuff, too.
Echoing from above, musical instruments.
I’ve wanted toy items that pop up an action bar to play music for so long. Make an item that allows people to hear player music or not.
Hell, one-up FFXIV and add better MIDI integration so I can hook my guitar through my GR-55 and use MIDI-over-USB to play the Boralus theme song on a harp or flute outside the inn in Valdrakken.
Please add in some shape shift options.
Playing feral makes every transmog pointless imo since i stare at a cat 100% of the time. I have seen whats coming and whats been and by the end of the years if i have 10000 or more points i should have something to spend them on dont you think? I could care less about mounts or pets and wouldnt spend points on those either.
So how about some additional options? Especially since this is a very positive addition to the game and everyone should want something from it.
My biggest fear about this is that they’ll just point to the Legion weapons which added a LOT of customization for Druids and their forms and the only one they’re locked out of is the Mage Tower ones (Bear druids can still get a Fel bear form from it at least).
Though I agree it’d be cool for more Druid forms.
Also I want more pirate things. The swashbuckler outfit was not enough to sate my hunger. Give me an actual coat.
I mean, a good choice would be to allow Druids to go out and ‘copy’ the forms of specific animals for specific talents. It might not have the flair or polish of a Druid’s normal Wild Forms, but at least you can personalise it!
I do want /Emotes and similar to show up, and possibly items that allow us to toggle unique effects, such as a aura, or similar effects, that can be kept on our character for a looooong time, like the PvP Pennants.
I never realized how great having actual animated emotes are until I started playing WoW again and they were gone.
He visits the Post often enough, and is forgetful enough, for his coat to end up being sold there.
