I was expecting a bandolier, but on my orc, it looks like a band-aid-olier.

Still picked it up so if I ever go back to playing my undead it’ll look fine on them since they’re a smol itty bitty skeleton.
As I looked at more stuff to buy from the trading post after accomplishing a few goals and buying the pirate set, I would be down for more flails or swords other than militant longsword #4. Like, give me a khopesh.
More spears / halberds would be nice, too.

New cosmetics all around, including things present but inaccessible in the game.
But I’d also love new emotes, hairstyles, etc. SWTOR’s Cartel Coin system had species-wide emotes anyone could buy with in-game currency, and new hairstyles were regularly added.
Imagine /lean emotes being available to WoW roleplayers, along with the idle knife tossing emote, new dances, new sitting animations, etc.
Fashion will remain core to Trading Post success, but I hope they plan to add more animation flavor.

I mean, can you imagine having four upright bass-speakers as your Totems?
I would really like to see things like old recruit a friend rewards. the Zhevra, the Rocket, heck, even the explorer stuff once it gets replaces with whatever they’re updating it too. There’s a lot of cool things that are gone now that didn’t require skill, just money or friends that fell in love with the game. Similarly I think that any trading card/twitch drop items would be perfect in the trading post, or old promotional items.
I understand not all of these things can, will, or should make it in, but as far as low budget easy to implement content, I feel like those items are a good start.

- Faction based mogs (including scarlet crusade, argent dawn, etc.)

I like the Trading Post a lot, it is tuned just right.
They are data-mining the stuff now (which I hate but can’t help myself) and it is mounts, pets and a ton of tmog – but no toys.
So, I’d like to see more toys in the Trading Post. I think that they have been too restrictive on the toy list that does not work in raid (flaming hoop, for example) . I know that the designers and such are all professionals, but do they realize just how much time we normals spend in raid doing nothing but waiting: prime toy time? Some of the old toys from the Trading Card Games and the Simian Sphere would make me happy.
- Updated/graphically upgraded version of Vanilla/BC/Wrath PvP gear.
- Old TCG Mounts and Pets.
- Emotes and dances.
- Reskinned versions of NPC equipment, weapons and armor.
- Treasure Maps and similar items that can unlock repeatable scenarios that provide titles and possibly other transmog options, and scenarios where we can bring other people along too.
- Language Tomes. Let us learn to speak the other tongues of our Mega-Factions.
- Class Tomes. Let us undertake quests that allow us to reskin our classes. Nothing mechanically changes, but we can get slight/major alterations to our class abilities. Warlocks trade out Fel-Fire and Demons for the Blue Flames of the Jailer and a roster of Undead pets, but are still dealing Fel and using ‘demons’ for the purposes of interacting with class abilities like Shackle and Turn Undead/Demons/Aberrations.
*Quirky Stuff, like funny costumes, inflatable weapons, funky looking fishing rods, etc etc etc.

Would like it if they added some new hats, maybe some goofy ones. Sort of like the tentacle hat you get from garrison fishing in WoD.
