I’m having two issues with the trading post please.
This months mount, the turtle, is not showing up for me. I’ve checked in Orgrimmar and Stormwind City.
How to Remove and item from the Saved Box in the trading post please?

The turtle mount is the reward for filling the bar with Travel Points. Did you finish your Traveler’s Log for the month? If so, then my suggestion would be to exit the game, delete your cache and try again. These types of bugs happen too often. It may take some days to right itself if that doesn’t work. Please post it in the bug forums if it doesn’t resolve itself.
There’s no way to remove an item from the freeze section. You can just put a new one right on top of it.
An issue that I have found with receiving rewards was resolved by closing the game entirely, then going to the Blizzard(dot)com website and forcing a log-out and then doing a manual log-in. Again, this was the Blizzard(dot)com site, not the forums.
Every few weeks, I have to do this.
As Sendryn noted, that is the reward for completing the Traveler’s Log in the Adventure Guide.
There is no option to remove something from Frozen, but you can replace it with something else. You simply click and drag an item from the list to the box to replace what is currently there.
