Both were missing and I did not get the drop for having completed activities either. I logged back in after the reset. Still nothing. Is there anything to do other than file a support ticket???
Did you collect it from the tender chest? If so file a bug report also, tech support only helps with crashes, installing and latecy for pc and is player discussion only. The bug reports forum is monitored by development.

Alas logging in and out did not fix the problem and opening a help ticket did not help.
I’ve opened up a bug report.
The only other solution I’ve gotten is suspension of my account and coming back in a month or two.
