One of my 500 rewards didn’t go in my wallet. The first day it was nowhere to be seen. After the 3rd maintenance, it started showing up in my barrel. When I click the barrel it says I collected 500, but my wallet stays at 0. The 500 shows up in the barrel again when I load back into Org again.
I hope this is fixed. Got the tender but no mount. Tried my alts because maybe they might get it and same thing.
Can’t buy anything off the trading post. Get an error telling me to try again later.
Wanted to confirm having similar problem on this date. Finished traveler’s log and got NOTHING. Can’t interact with chest at all. Logged out/in several times.

Are you aware of the issue with the AH sales not counting toward the 5000g goal for sale of commodities? (so mats etc. that sell on the region-wide AH don’t count, only things you sell on your own server do)

yeah, what’s up with the Grand Hunts? i fly over the horn on the map and there’s never any indication of tasks to perform, or progress. they used to work, now they don’t.

How is players not receiving any currency out of the chest not a known issue. This is disappointing, y’all SHOULD be better than this, but unfortunately here we are. When should the player base know a fix to this? Why isn’t this priority, you’ve done three maintains this week, what is y’all’s malfunction??

Still affected by this issue - 1600 Trader Tenders but no Ash’Hadar and no ability to interact with the chest. The progress bar sometimes shows as empty and sometimes shows as complete. Really hoping for a (retroactive) fix soon!

I cant access the chest all. I completed two tasks tonight, got the popup saying I had completed them, but when I check the chest, nothing. It doesnt sparkle for me and the cursor doesnt change at all when I mouse over the chest.

I am going to hijack this post to signal boost my plea to fix the day/night cycle in WoW.
When I first started playing WoW in 2006, the day/night cycle was aligned to my time zone, and it was glorious. I came home at 6PM, and played until 10:30-11PM eastern, and reveled in watching the sun set and me playing at night. It took a month before I realized that there was daytime. It was perfect for my Night Elf.
Then I had to endure years of Blizzard just refusing to add day/night cycles to the expansions, and later having a night cycle that was almost indistinguishable from daytime, even when Blizzard updating the lighting effects to make night time lighting look cooler.
Now we have a rough semblance of Vanilla day/night cycle, but it is tied to Pacific time, and adjusted for fewer hours of actual night. And for someone like me on the East Coast, it means I still never see twilight, evening or nighttime.
Now the Trading Post reward mount (you see, I was going to come around to the relevance of this plea on this particular post), is driven by the day/night cycle. In and of that self, it’s a cool idea, but once again, East Coast players are going to get screwed. We will never see the silver mount because we never get to see the night.
So once again, I plead with Blizzard: Let the Client set the day/night cycle. Let me experience dusk, evening and night again. Let me be able to witness my mount change color from gold to silver. And let the night last for 10 hours, so:
Dawn: 1 hour
Day: 10 hours (Morning 3 hours, Noon 4 hours, Afternoon 3 hours)
Twilight: 1 hour
Night: 10 hours (Evening 3 hours, Night 4 hours, Pre-dawn 3 hours)
I sorely miss the day/night cycle of my Vanilla years, and am pretty bummed I’ll never be able to see this very cool mount’s silver aspect because Blizzard has its timing set for a time zone that is completely out of sync with mine.

I still have not been able to collect my tender from the chest. I open it, see the animation, it closes back and nothing happens.

Just logged on this morning and all the tenders I’ve been hording have reset to zero… Hope this is in your known issues.
Just log out, then right back in. It’s silly I know but has worked for everyone I know.
(This doesn’t meant they don’t need to fix it, cause they do)
Hasn’t worked for me. Didn’t get the last tender from completing or the mount.
Had a ticket in, got a automated response that tried pushing me to other problems solutions but not the 1 I need. Reticketed and waiting again.

I’ve logged out and in multiple times and still have not received the mount from finishing the traders log and cannot interact with the chest at all.
