Still way outside of the refund window. You have no clue what in within a GM’s toolkit, just because you want something.
If something has a refund timer, Blizzard is hands-off once it’s run out - regardless of where it’s purchased. That’s not coming from just a player, that’s coming from Blizzard.
Surely you can recognize the difference in circumstances between ‘I dont want this anymore’ and ‘the item I purchased is no longer available to me in game’

It’s not. Regardless of the reason, the bottom line is that they cannot and will not assist with refunding items from the Trading Post.
Blizzard’s game, Blizzard’s design, Blizzard’s decision. While I’m usually one who leans to the side of “it doesn’t hurt to ask”, again - entirely too much time has gone by to be doing this now.
