This is incorrect. And also irrelevant. If GMs were to look in your collections, that item ID that you purchased is in your collections.

The item was not removed. It’s still there. It’s smaller. That’s it.

The Archivists bag was completely changed. But still there. Same name, same Item ID.

Again, you’re arguing semantics.

We understand you’re upset the sword was shrunk. But it’s still in your collections.

You were given the information we have on what you can do.

This is a peer to peer help desk with assistance from Support Forum Agents. Thus is not where you go to get a refund. Nor is there grounds for a refund, as the item is still in your collections. The EULA also covers this.
