Just logged in and I finally was able to finally access the chest to get the mount and trader tender.

I can confirm that it’s working now, at least for some people, myself included. Just logged in and headed to Org. The chest was clickable and I was able to claim my mount and 500 tenders.

and I did get the mount, but my husband just went and checked the chest and got his, so no idea if the “fix” in that post is really a thing, or whether Blizzard just suddenly got it together and fixed the bugs.

Anyone know if any unused trading post currency rolls over to the following month?

I am under the impression that it does, since it’s in your currency tab. There are some holiday currencies that stay in your bags and disappear when the holiday ends.
I am hoping to receive extra credit for this broken patch.

I kept expecting to see it show up in my mount collection. I was by the trading post today, noticed the chest was active and got the mount from the chest.

no, its a WoW problem
it was in my toy inventory, just never got a notification
Hi, it has been a few days and I still don’t see my mount or the initial currency. I have opened a ticket but I got no reply from them. Appreciated if you can’t resolve this quickly.

Still in a bugged state, still unable to loot the chest. Please advise!

i can open the chest but doesn’t give loot and have tried it on several toons, and same result, tried rebooting WoW, and even my own pc but still nothing.
I got a reply after a few hours (this was a few days ago mind you) and was told to submit an in-game BUG report. The ticket wasn’t “fixed” but I did get a path… forward?
For what it’s worth they didn’t GIVE me anything just advice 
Sorry to report (for many, but happy for myself) that I DID get the mount this evening 
Chest was lootable after the last hotfix/update.

Unless the bug stays for a month which seems to be the trend lately
Update (12:12 AM PST, 07 February 2023): a hotfix downloaded and applied when I went to log in just now. Went back to Orgrimmar, and everything worked the way it was supposed to be. Got the mount and final 500 Tender.
So…ummm…try it now?
Update here for me, logged in yesterday to do Love is in the air stuff, and had a friend mention it was working for them, we deduced the only difference is they logged in and played an Alt yesterday. I tried changing to an Alt and the traders post said I had things to pick up, out of curiosity I changed back to my main and was able to loot the mount and my missing Tender. If you have Alts this might work, or me and my friend just got lucky.
I completed it and didn’t get 100 of my tenders nor the mount. Small indie company.
Yeah, it looks like they fixed it for some but not everyone just yet. They’ve got some more work to do, apparently. I guess it’s also possible that it is a slow rollout. I claimed my mount earlier and it told me I also got 500 tenders, but I when I looked later on the tenders had vanished and I had to claim them again from the chest. 
So yeah, not entirely fixed for those who got the mount either.
