So we all know the trading post chest is bugged. It was bugged for me too. Clicked the chest, got 100 tender, no mount. Here’s what fixed it for me.
Log off. Completely. Restart your computer and Battle.net. Re-open WoW, log onto that character, chest should have mount in it. Give it a try and let me know if it works. Always check in collections tab for unwrapped gift.

I mean, idk how many people never actually shut down their PC, but I generally don’t unless it’s required by updates to Windows or other programs. Followed your instructions and got the mount and the rest of my Tender.

That being said, I told my husband this worked for me just now, and he didn’t restart, but went and checked the chest and it was sparkling for him, and he got his mount finally. So I dunno… maybe Blizzard fixed it?
I was able to get the mount by just logging into all my alts and eventually one was able to loot the chest, BUT i’m still missing 500 tender…
This month we can earn 2000 total right?

This got it for me. My priest was able to get the missing tendies and mount. Thanks. Hopefully your missing tendies are lootable with reset.
Before quitting for the night decided to give this a shot since I had nothing to lose lo and behold after my computer restarted and I logged on my main character who was the one who finished the trading post bar mount was just waiting for me to open the chest. Thank you for sharing this idea with rest of us players.
I wasn’t able to loot mine after I filled the bar. Switched characters and the journal said the bar wasn’t full. Finished it off a second time and then was able to loot the chest for the mount. Such a weird bug. Hope they get it fixed for people.
