Trading Post didn't award correct number of tokens

I just completed enough trading post achievements to earn 2000 tokens and clicked on the chest and it displayed two messages that I received 1000 tokens (presumably each). it then showed I only had 1760 tokens, rather than the 2760 I should have. I bought a mount that I had frozen for 700 and it now shows I only have 1060 tokens. Can you credit me for the 1000 tokens I should have been given?

Blizzard not gona credit you because of 2 things

  1. Your probably misrembering or spent more then u intended im sure a blue will verify in the morning.

  2. Could be a display issue that can be resolved thru a full UI reset

I don’t think it’s a UI issue because the Currency Tab shows 1060, and I only bought the one item. I do hope that blue will investigate.

You can also check via account management theres a currency tab that designed for traders tendors i think.

Subscribed players receive 500 Tenders automatically each month they are subscribed.

Then we get another 500 Tenders for completing the Traveler’s Log.

Sometimes there are bonus Tenders awarded through promotions. November 2024 gave out a bonus 500 Tenders.

This month, the bar has been extended, allowing you to earn an additional 500 Trader’s Tender through a variety of activities and expanding your spending power at the Trading Posts.

So all in all, during November 2024, a subscribed player will receive 1500 Tenders (if they complete the Traveler’s Log).

If you look at the progress bar … it will show you how many Tenders are being awarded for each progress point.

The first 4 progress points are awarding 125 Tenders each.

Then the last 2 progress points award 250 Tenders each.

As Darthwraith mentioned, we can check our debits and credits of Tenders via the Virtual Wallet in Account Management.

Just click on World of Warcraft line and it will display the Tenders you have received and spent.

I just checked the virtual wallet ecosystem page (thank you! didn’t know about that) An it shows one transaction on Nov 1 that added 500, and 6 for today, 2 that added 250 and 4 that added 125 (adds up to 1000). I may be/have been confused since the progress bar was showing progress as xxx/2000 and thinking that was the number of tokens, and not adding up the tokens for each waypoint along the progress bar.
