It seems all of my coins are gone; I had about 2.5k saved up.

I mean. If you don’t want the issue fixed, that’s all well and good.
Posting on Customer Support means that you’re only being seen by your fellow players and the handful of SFAs who you see posting around here. To report an issue to the Devs - the staff who actually fix the issues, it has to go in Bug Reports. The Devs do not come here, our SFAs do not relay messages along.
You’re right, I don’t have to reply, but I’m cursed by this thing that I want people to get the help that they’re seeking - no matter their attitude or whatnot. Most of the time, these threads get smooshed together regardless, or they’re all locked up save for one running thread. As I said, there is already an active one. A dozen smaller individual threads are just unnecessary - especially on a forum where reports like these mean little to nothing in the vein of getting an issue addressed.
