Trader's Tender

I just collected the last 200 Trader’s Tender Tokens for the month and did not receive credit for them. This is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. I never did receive the tender from last month even after opening a ticket with support AND reporting a bug (both done in game).

This is a common mistake but every month you can get only 500 + another 500 from activities ingame. Barring special promotions.

This is not a mistake. Before I collected I had 125 Tender. AFTER I collected, I still only had 125 tender (this month). There’s no way I could have had -75 Tender and then collected the 200 to make it 125.

I went back a bit in your Traders Tender history and everything seems to line up. Are you certain that you were collecting 200 Tenders? I know the amount can somethings be listed twice to make it look like you are collecting double what you are actually getting. Here is a run down for the last couple of months of collection and spending plus total at each point.

This should be listed in your transaction history that was linked already, but just in case.

We’ll start at the beginning of March. You ended February with 845 tenders.

3/1 15:01 Collected monthly tenders: 500 - new total 1345.
3/1 17:06 Purchased Pearlescent Butterfly for 700 - new total 645.
3/2 4:21 Received 100 from 1st Traveler’s Log - new total 745.
3/2 4:21 Received 100 from 2nd Traveler’s Log - new total 845.
3/2 6:22 Purchased Ruby Butterfly for 700 - new total 145.
3/2 6:23 Purchased Long Deep War Skirt for 40 - new total 105.
3/2 6:23 Purchased Short Deep War Skirt for 40 - new total 65.
3/2 6:24 Purchased Banded Deep War Wraps for 20 - new total 45.
3/2 8:19 Received 100 from 3rd Traveler’s Log - new total 145.
3/4 4:47 Received 100 from 4th Traveler’s Log - new total 245.
3/4 4:47 Received 100 from 5th Traveler’s Log - new total 345.
3/16 6:36 Received 5 from in-game event (should have been an achievement) - new total 350.
4/3 1:35 Collected monthly tenders: 500 - new total 850.
