Hey, say I made my 1k last month, and forgot to collect it. Reset happens. I open my chest. Do I get 1500 cause of last month, and this months starting 500? Or just 500, and the 1k is lost? I can’t get a good answer from anyone.

I can’t really remember if I collected it or not, its been a hectic month and I took a bit of a break, and am half awake at the moment… And I just bought some stuff and feel a bit short.
A support article says the following:
- Collection: All earned Trader’s Tender must be collected from the Collector’s Cache chest in the Trading Post area. If you haven’t collected your Tender from the Cache, it will remain there until you log in.

Okay so if I am reading this right, I should get the starting 500 plus uncollected tenders? Sorry for being simple, I’m not feeling 100%
Yea, no matter what you should get 500 + whatever you didn’t pickup from the previous month
I honestly don’t know. It was all I could find and don’t know how to interpret it.
My suggestion is move this thread to Customer Support and see if an SFA can give you an answer.

Well I think it would be a good idea to just open the chest and tell us if you got it all or not…this way others will know too as a 411 on the topic.
Uncollected Traders Tenders become lootable by anyone after 30 days, this is why I hang around the chest so much.

I got 500. And with what I spent last month, I got the 1k before the reset, so sadly I cannot answer my own question. Still, if anyone knows, let us know. So we know if collecting is super urgent or not. Apologies for being spacey and forgetful. Its been a wicked month, and got a tooth removed and it was rough recovery.
On one hand, I cannot see any info of people being upset about losing a month of uncollected tendies. Which if you DID lose them, you might hear people talk about it. You know, from internet outages, lost a sub and couldn’t resub in time…
On the other hand, maybe forgetting to get your tendies in a whole months span is such a clueless thing to do most never encounter needing an answer.
I still think moving this to Customer Support might get you an answer from an SFA.
Alrighty, swapped it. While its true my own personal confusion in regards to the situation is cleared up, the question of ‘Does the tenders vanish if uncollected’ has not, and so I hope to get an answer from someone to help satiate our curiosity and alleviate any concerns. Thanks to anyone who can answer.

Well that is a bummer. I think it would have been a good 411 for everyone but if you figure it out (or anyone else)…let us know.
Of course. I kinda feel like it wouldn’t be lost, simply because I think if you could, someone could have. After all, you could have a week of playing, and never bothered to collect, and say your area has a power outage for a longer period, or an emergency happened and drained your funds so you couldn’t resub if it expired in the middle of the month.
I still dunno but I am leaning slightly to ‘it doesn’t vanish’. But not enough to safely ignore collecting it. After all, in the provided link it says ‘You must collect it’ Which I am not sure if it means ‘Thats how you get it normally’ or ‘You must’ with some urgency.
Someone will probably be around with a definitive answer soon. But if not, I’m pretty sure I didn’t collect mine for February or March, so when I get home I can log in and see how many I get.
It stacks up. I got around 6k all at once cause I had subtime running while my PC was gone from a fire. If you think you didn’t collect last month, you can check on your currency spending and gains from your account page.

You should, yes. As far as I am aware the tenders do not disappear, they wait for you to collect them.
