Trader's Tender coin amount decreased?

I noticed this week that 9 of my characters the amount of Trader’s Tender is now 25!!! Several of the characters I have not even play on in while. But the rest of characters have their normal different amount of coins. Was there a reset of some kind or is this a bug? Because I have never used all of my coins to drop it down to just 25.

Trader’s Tender is Battle Net account wide, not character.

You can check any credits or debits of your Trader’s Tenders via Virtual Wallet tab in your Transaction History in Account Management.

I’d have to as how your tracking by character, but it should be the same account wide. You should be able to track gains and purchases in account management, in the virtual currency tracker.

It’s 500 for just opening the chest, plus 500 for doing the track.

1000 (One Thousand) in total monthly per BNET account barring special promos, events or purchases.

I had no idea that was even a thing! How very cool. It shows all my account Trader’s Tender gains and expenditures recently.

Well then why it all my characters used to have all different amount of TT coins in the game. Even now not all my characters have the same amount. Makes no sense to me and last week i had several 650, 975, 1225 on different characters, now some are saying I have only 25 coins. Something is not right.

Also, I have never seen my IN GAME TT coins in my account management, its in game like all the others.

and just like all the other ingame currencies, it can experience display errors, which is why it was suggested to check via the website.

Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?

Please note, this is not the same as disabling addons OR doing a /reload of your UI.

The most important thing right now with the fixes that went in today is to delete your cache folder. Something got extremely corrupted which also caused the weird max level bugs and caused the dragonflight reknown button to disappear for anyone <70. People in bug reports keep finding more and more stuff caused by corrupt cache. Delete the cache folder by itself first before you do the rest of the UI reset and see if that fixes it.

Cache can just be deleted, there is nothing important in there that won’t be automatically recreated. If that does not fix it, then rename (but don’t delete) interface and wtf and test again with the default folders in place.

I’ve noticed something where if I refund items and buy the same one sometimes it doesn’t update the total correctly. I was also right at the end of the refund time for a couple of items so they went through permanently so not sure if that caused it to glitch

On this website, go into your account settings. From there, “Transaction History”, then tab over to “Virtual Wallet.” No matter what is displaying for you in-game, this is the accurate count of your tender. Sometimes the in-game display is off.

Do we know how often this updates?

It seems to be updating automatically for me today.

This image was right before I collected the last 100 Tenders for this month.

Then I immediately collected the last bit of Tenders and refreshed the page.

I’ll check mine again in the morning because none of my purchases are showing up yet.

I am glad I found out about this virtual wallet but it isn’t really helping me understand my problem.

We get 500 tenders per month for being subbed and then can earn another 1000 I thought but I got 800 when I clicked on my chest yet the adventure guide says I have done 650 tenders worth of activities today. My numbers are not coming out right.

Normally you get 500 for active sub, then 100 tender for 200 points of activity. So you get a max of 1000 Tender most months.

Thanks, another link I had when researching this issue took me straight to the “transactions” page so it wouldn’t show total balance, the pictures were great  .

One thing I did notice is that purchases do not go on there UNTIL the return window has passed (my personal head tally was accurate, not the one shown in game :stuck_out_tongue: ). Can’t be 100% certain but it didn’t show the transactions I made last night until I checked again just now.
