i go each day to collect trader tenders, each day it say’s 400 tenders i’ve collected but if i try to get something it is showing only 10 tenders in account, i’ve done this at least over past full week
Try checking the account management page set up to monitor Trader tender gains and purchases.

Most months, no matter what you do in activities, you can only gain 1000 tender.
500 from the subscription on the first of the month.
5 individual gains of 100, or 500 total. That is from 1000 points total activity. After you complete the 1000 activity you can then gain the monthly reward.
Where are you seeing that you should have 400 Tenders to collect, Ickytic? I’m looking at your past transactions and everything appears to add up.
You received the 500 from the July sub, giving you a total of 1275. You purchased a bunch of things, bringing you down to 85. You then completed and collected rewards from the Traveler’s Log tasks, taking you back up to 585, then you purchased the Wailing Banshee’s Charger, taking you down to 10.
I’m not seeing any current activity that indicates you should have more.
This might be an issue with your UI if it keeps telling you that you have more tenders pending. Try resetting your User Interface if you haven’t already.
