I’m on a low pop server group. Trade services is generally not used. There is a certain type of message that is showing on both Alliance and Horde. The character has always been a monk, they are under level 20 or log off after posting the message. The message states free loot runs every two hours get your loot tonight. Offering both Normal and Heroic runs. A link is provided to join a group and to check the schedule. If this reportable what is the best category to report under? Also, what would be a good comment for additional details.
If you find that they’re posting it frequently, then you could report it as spam. No need for additional notes/details.

Heck - you can report anything - it won’t get actioned if it’s not a violation.
But since it’s posted by a character that won’t be able to participate in the activity, you’ll want to report it:
Advertising for gameplay activities should be done by a WoW player-character who intends to participate in the gameplay activities. This means there should be no cross-realm advertising, and there should be no advertising from non-participating players.

And I think outside websites are reportable, too, but I’m not 100% sure on that one (I can’t find a source).

I get the exact same message word for word on Argent Dawn server.
Echo Isles and Fenris has a ‘guild’ that posts this message all the time too. I report it all.
