Do the new trade, mail, AH restrictions apply to Hardcore?

Initially it was published that 30 day gametime economy restrictions were for seasonal realms

Can't Trade, Mail, or Use the Auction House

Then a developer posted that the restrictions applied to classic era as well

However hardcore realms were never specifically mentioned, and I haven’t seen a response to any hardcore players about their restriction issue neither here in support, nor on the hardcore forums. Others like myself are restricted on hardcore and I don’t know if it’s intentional under the new policy, or if it’s a bug like the users reporting restrictions even after 30 days of gametime.

Also do developers read support forums or only the general forums? I’m new here and I believe I remember learning that support staff can only provide information that developers have already shared. I don’t even know if my question can be answered here because it might require new information.

It was initially impacting more than SOD - but it wasn’t supposed to.

That was being addressed.
