I had gotten a tiny sinstone pepe toy and used it and went to toy collection and not showing it anywhere. I have reloaded the game with no addons and also reset the wow user interface and it still isn’t appearing in toy inventory. Not sure what all to do.
It’s not a separate toy, but a modification of the Trans Dimensional Bird Whistle toy. When you call Pepe using that toy, he will randomly appear in one of the costumes you have collected for him.

oh okay well looks like gotta do that. Its strange because I have the tiny set of warglaives one and its automatic in the toys tab

You can use the mini-glaives whenever you like, the pepe costumes from SL appear randomly when you summon the little cutie
