Just want to farm my primals for a weapon. Can’t cause there’s an entire gold farming guild locking down primals 24/7. Shoulda choose PvE server. I would’ve if I knew how bad gold farmers were in classic. Rip me

Me too, Unfortunate for me peoples full time job is gold farming wow to sell for real world currency.
Report them.
Maybe a GM will investigate and decide they are doing something against the EULA, crossing the fair gameplay line.

In my experience, the guilds of people farming hardcore this early are the ones who stock up for the entire expansion.
But hey, let’s just call everyone who outfarms us gold sellers, and pat each other on the back.

If you were on a PVE server, there’d still be a guild locking down primals 24/7.

At least I could still contest the mobs though.
It would be just as likely that you’d have less recourse because there’s no chance of any PVP to break said guild’s stranglehold.
A couple of mobs per hour is better then 50 deaths an hour
Maybe, but you could do some dailies or farm gold via other means and then purchase your primals.
This sort of happened in BC too. Groups would farm primals seemingly 24/7. But they usually put the primals up on the AH to generate gold which they then sold to the gold sellers. Have they cut out the middleman now selling primals for cash?
Cant you farm other things for gold and buy the primals?

I could, buy I also don’t feel like paying insane prices. Primals are about 30-50g atm. I just don’t believe that is fair value.
If you are right, farm the gold and wait for the price to drop. If not, that was the market price.
There was a group of about 130-150 on pve server doing the same. Total lockdown with zero recourse AOE farming nonstop.
Just stand back and watch folks your not getting any mats. 
So what you’re really saying is that PvP happened on a PvP server.
