I managed on my Rog Ally to play by constantly swithing from game pad mode to desktop mode… It allows me to play but to also annoy me to no end… but at least I can play 
It seems like the same time the touchscreen issue started so did issues with controllers in general.
It doesn’t let me interact with quest givers without running away from them, coming back, and trying again two or three times. My husband experiences the same controller issue.
All of this makes the experience less enjoyable as someone who relies on a controller and the touchscreen for accessibility purposes.

Y’all may get more traction by contacting accessibility at blizzard.

Do we know when is it gonna get fixed? It’s taking too long 
Since it’s not an officially supported input system, the only info Blizz provided is that it’s on their list to investigate. If they have an update, they will post it here. If there is no update, there’s no post.
Good advice, everyone here frequenting in this thread should write them.

Not much of an update. We would like to know if it’s something they intend to fix. It’s a simple yes or no question. Why cant someone answer that? “On our radar” isnt helpful at all. We’re coming up on a month now of being unable to play a game on our chosen system. A game that we paid for and continue to pay gor through a subscription.
