After today’s update the touchscreen on my Asus ROG Ally doesn’t work. I can see the screen recognizing I’m touching it but the UI is not responding. It worked perfectly before today.

Try disabling all addons and see if that fixes it. Im not sure how an addon could conflict with touchscreen but you never know. Give it a try.

Tried that first but no luck. It’s not the Ally either as the touch screen only starts being unresponsive after I get to the character select screen.

I’m having the exact same problem. The games practically unplayable for me now. Please let me know if you figure something out.

Same issue on the Legion Go. I have not tried my ally but would assume it is the same.

Same issue on the ally here too… if i put i put my ally into desktop mode then i can use the buttons to move a cursor, but trying to tap the screen gives no response in either character selection or in game. I suppose i have to keybind literally everything for now

Well now I know it’s not just me I’ll stop messing with Armory Crate and uninstalling/reinstalling the touch screen. Must be something bugged out with the new update. I agree, it’s virtually unplayable at the moment.

I play on a legion go and have the same problem. Also occurring on my rog ally. It seems touch screen is completely disabled for this game now, which makes it mostly unplayable for deck PC players

Thank you for all the reports, we’ve gotten a report open for this issue. No ETA on when it will be fixed but I will do my best to update as I get information or when I see it’s fixed.
If anyone finds a workaround to get things working please post it here.

My acer is having the same problem. Touch was working before the patch and now only doesn’t work in WoW.

Legion go user here. Patiently waiting for a fix for this.
Glad to see I’m not the only one with an issue. Hopefully there’s a fix soon, my remix couch farming is at a stand still. 
Any status on this? Was bad enough waiting 12hours for the update, now the platform is like to play it on isn’t working…
Checked everyday but stil not working.
The touchscreens on both of my Allys remain unresponsive in game.
