Same, super disappointed i cant play on my legion go.
Same here with my rog ally.
I had to cancel my reoccurring payment today. The games unplayable like this, for me. I hope its fixed before the expansion release.
The touchscreen is not working for me as well after the update on rog ally. Please Blizzard fix it!
Same. My legion go is my preferred platform. If it’s not corrected I’ll just find other things to play rather than drag out my heavy laptop.
I’m just riding out my time before it expires, hoping this is corrected soon.

I guess not. I was hoping we’d get a hotfix today at reset. Looks like it’s gonna be a while

I discovered it’s broken everywhere in WoW except text boxes. So when I created a new character it recognized me tapping in the text box.
In game it recognizes the tap in a text box inside an add-on.
But all other touch interactions…nothing.

Tried turning off all addons. Tried switching display modes. Nothing works yet
I was unable to recreate this.
Still does not work on ROG Ally or Legion Go.
Still not able to play WoW on my Rog Ally… not happy since I havent really been able to play for, what now? 2weeks? My main way to play is my Rog. So please fix it so I can enjoy the events before the expension… plleeeeaaassse

It’s not working on Windows based handhelds or devices.
I tested it on my Steam Deck which is obviously Linux, and touchscreen functionality works as per normal.
I wonder what is causing it to be broken specifically on Windows version of WoW.

Has anyone seen comments about the developers testing any previous WoW patches for compatibility on handhelds/touchscreens? I haven’t, but I also haven’t read the entire forum. I’m genuinely curious since I know they aren’t officially supported. I thought WoW running on those devices was a happy coincidence.

Even some Windows laptops have touchscreen functionality. It would be foolish for them to not investigate on how to fix this problem, “unsupported” or not. People use it as an accessibility feature to play this game…

Same issue on the Rog Ally X. So disappointing as it is the main reason I bought one. This is also an impact for my spouse as she relies on the touch screen to make gameplay easier as a disabled person. Please don’t mess up controller support or we are dead in the water.

Yeah, the ally is broken for me too. Not very accessibility friendly if you ask me. Blizzard needs to fix this by the expansion or they’re alienating a minority of their player base they shouldn’t be alienating. Happy coincidence it worked previously, not officially supported aside, it works for an aforementioned steam deck user. So clearly it’s a windows problem.
