On 25 Heroic ToT. The Displacement Pad used to port over to Lei Shen’s boss area is not working properly. I was able to port once, and sadly due to his push back mechanic died and unable to redo the fight as it is not active.

Stand near the center of the platform and run against the beam.
I just had the same problem where the platform stopped working. Logging out and logging back in fixed it for me.
