I had this issue early in BfA. So a longstanding problem.

This is still happening in July 2022.
Still a problem in patch 9.2.7. I had to re-log in order to make the teleporter interactible again.
Had this problem farming today, but /reload worked

Still an issue. Reload doesn’t fix it. Dog sh** raid.
It’s been like this for years. I think I got the last mount in early BfA, and had this problem even back then.

Still broken, had to log out and back in and it let me.
Well, it’s 2024 and this is still a problem. /refresh worked just fine for me though. No need to log out/in.
September 2024 and still broken, and logging out and in doesn’t appear to work either anymore. I guess they worked really hard to break it completely.
This has been a problem like forever.
