I am frustrated and how bad, awful, terrible Torghast is. I spent $$$ on a new laptop, game time, upgraded edition of Shawdolands and now I’m just kicking myself in the butt for doing this. Worst unbalanced ridiculous game mode ever!! One second its stupid easy than out of nowhere its ridiculous hard without warning. I wish I could a full refund after all this, if I had Blizzard Activision stocks I’d sell them all. I would just love to delete all my characters and erase the game and get a full refund. IS THERE A WAY TO GET A FULL REFUND??

Depends entirely on how long you’ve been playing. If you have enough hours to get into Torghast - it is highly unlikely.

Terrible balancing game design on Torghast feel like I wasted $$$.
Somebody is going to come in and spam it so I might as well just say it first: You should post this in the feedback forum

That would be the General Discussion forum. In regards to your view of Torghast, there is a large number of people that share your views as you’ll see if you actually visit the forum.
What I would suggest is being very specific about what it is you had a problem with, so that the people responsible for making changes can add it to the tally list.
If you’ve owned Shadowlands for a while and are simply requesting a refund because you’re leaving, while I can’t tell the future, it would seem highly unlikely that you’ll get your money back for it. Assuming it’s the expansion you want refunded. If it’s your sub, well it’s really the same concept: how much of it you used.
I would advice against deleting your account out of frustration though. If you delete your account, you are not getting it back. Unless you have absolute certainty that you are never in eternity returning to World of Warcraft, I would take a huge step back from the game and thoroughly think the decision through before clicking on that link. I hope you’ll reconsider.
