So you’re saying that you have been able to buy some of the cosmetic items?
You can see a purchasable one in the screenshot I linked. Here’s the actual purchase thereof.
Maybe I’m just incredibly unlucky, like many of the people in this thread, because I’ve never been able to buy a single cosmetic item, and I’ve been running this for a few months.
Can confirm. All locked for me as well. I was able to get a few sporadically in Torghast runs, but several attempts later, all the remaining items are locked for me with no indication of why or how to unlock.
At a bare minimum, you’re going to need to elaborate on the zone and layer level you’re running in.
Cosmetics only being available some of the runs is intentional. In shadowlands you simply wouldn’t see what was locked from purchase.
