Topic preview displays correctly, but posted topic does not

Having to delete this post due to Blizz's migration messing up formatting on migrated topics.

Here is what it is supposed to look like, per the preview:

I would like to have my guild post semi-professional, or at the very least, presentable.

Is this due to trust level formatting?

This is done.

I made a duplicate thread for testing purposes. The formatting works here, so it looks like this is a problem affecting only migrated posts. I am fine with deleting our former thread and having this new one, but would prefer that we can use our old one.
