Patch 1.12, Eviscerate and bleeds scale based of AP. No more static damage.
World of Roguecraft was well well before the end of Vanilla.

Very interesting, this makes things more difficult. Yet awesome if i decide on the rogue
Warrior.
Rogue not really a great BG class other than defending flag/ defending base.
Oh and Evis scales with AP but NOT weapon damage. So it scales but waaaaay worse than every other yellow melee skill in the game.
