Way too much CC in the game now. It time to remove bout half of it
Two things Iâll never have enough patience forâŚCC and rez timers.
With the exception of Outlaw and Demo CC seems to be mostly fine right now.
Well they never listen, PVP is broken again, and again, and again âŚ
They listened and now Grimrail Depot is a Keystone dungeon.
It has various issues but CC (for the most part) isnât one of them.
U forgot bout fire mage
Fire in battlegrounds may as well be an empty slot. Actually, being down a person might be preferable because the average Mage is going to do no damage while polying their teams dots off.
What about a Resolvefury Destro lock. New hero class
and the average mage also has no idea what time warp is.

the ability to spam ccâs and all the ridiculous self healing, whether passive or casting.
The problem is the broken jarring CC you canât escape. Like spear of bastion that continuously snaps you back. That needs to not work in PvP. There are now way to many roots that last for 6+ secs. Abomlimb which keeps gripping you needs to go.
CC is fine when itâs a 4 sec stun here a root there. Not this garbage perma CC we have now that makes players uninstall.
Two more years of 8 second spear.
CC are nice to have to lock out healers and burn someones burst cooldowns. Remove them and either no one would die until oom or everyone dies every 2-3 minutes.
If I were to point out a shortcoming that this game has, itâs most classes are identical in execution. You have the rot specs, in your face specs and kite specs, looks being the only real difference. I believe this is why a lot of players burn themselves out looking for something different, there arenât a whole lot of differencesâŚ
For an older game, this one does well enough but if you speak to anyone ânewâ in game, odds are they are a returning vet or and fanatic of the franchise, Not many truely new players.
Problem is healers are so powerful now, that without this level of Crowd Control no one would die. Why do you think thereâs garbage like dampening and why its mandatory to have an Healing Reduction Debuff.
There is no debuff in BGs and no one cares about Arena balance. The fact is there is way to much CC and in a BG setting you canât play your character anymore. Something has you stuck in place even when you arenât stunned. Or a Lock just teleports you off the map into a wall so you DC. Itâs out of control.
Again 4 sec stun here a Fear there is okay. Not what we have now, we all need CC immunities to deal with it.
Thereâs no dampening, but I guarantee thereâs a few classes with a Healing Reduction Debuffs(Mortal Strike effect)
Iâm not arguing that there isnât too much, Iâm just explaining why there is. Because without it, no one will die because of healers being too powerful.
And its all because of Rated Battlegrounds when blizzard decided that it should be next to impossible to 2v1 a single healer.
yeah not a fan of all the cc in game now. Stun after stun. Should have diminishing returns on all stuns. Like a hoj into a poly. SHouldnt get full cc on both. Anything after the first cc should have diminishing returns.
They could make mana burn faster. That would be bettter.
