No one even does these battlegrounds anymore which is a disappointment since all of them fit the epic battlegrounds playlist. Having only AV and IoC in the playlist makes it feel lackluster and very repetitive.
Make these battlegrounds part of this playlist and adjust them the same way you did for AV and IoC.
I would be in favour of that.
TB and WG for sure. Not Ashran. Just make that as a brawl or something.

It was a perfect PvP scenario that you could just mindlessly PvP and chill at the same time
As for the topic, Wintergrasp will be coming back in the upcoming patch or sometime after that
Sure, but they would have to drastically change it if it’s going to fit into a BG scenario.
I would appreciate them as BGs, but they were really great as PVP zones, gating a raid. Bring that back please, and with consistent realms only participating. Part of the fun was getting to know the frequent combatants on each side and trying to best them.

but they should all be tuned to give about the same rewards and take about the same amount of time
otherwise players will bail until they get the ‘easy rewarding one’

I would back this up, good idea. We have some potential 40v40 BG not being used because they’re old content? Lets make them current, even Ashran the way it used to be. At least use the map(s) for something.
On a side note, I wouldn’t bail (right away), if one was longer than the other. Gotta at least see how things are going.
