Token vanished

TLDR:

Can someone please help me retrive the token that vanished without giving me balance or the balance I should have gotten?

Long Form of above:

Had 2 tokens and used 1 for bnet balance succesfully.
2nd token stalled and did nothing (box on screen with spinning disc like it was processing). My wow client closed and when I reopened it the second token was gone. No bnet balance added.

Purchased a 3rd token so I could complete my transaction and that one worked fine.

I now I am down either a token or the bnet balance for it. I tried to open a ticket through both in game and online. Your system is … well frankely useless as no matter how I went about it if I put in wow token as my issue it would default to:

With no further way to actually open a ticket. No you may say “but oh ho we suggest the technical supporty forum and even give you a link”. A link that is no longer active and takes you to the wow main page.

As for the WoW Tokens, can you give me a little more information? I’m trying to track the timeline for the tokens. From what I can see you purchased two WoW Tokens for gold on 10/01, one you used for balance that same day and the other you used yesterday for game time. Those were the last purchases you had, meaning you only should have had a single WoW Token until you purchased another one today for gold and converted it to Balance immediately.

I’m not seeing any token purchased over the last 4 years that is not accounted for.

Hrm…sorry about that. Was…aggravated and thought I had converted all … oubursts … to more moderate words/phrases.

As for the tokens I have purchased so many that keeping track is something I don’t event try to do. My older sister wanted to jump back into wow and I was trying to give her game time. Opened up this bank alt and saw 2 tokens in her bag. Used the first just fine, the second one opened up the “processing transaction box” like usuall but just stalled out there then my wow client just closed.

Have there been any issues where a token will display in bags but have already been expended? I did re-up both of my active wow accounts in the last several days from the character select screen. I also use the bag addon combuctor.

I’m not aware of any verified display bugs, but I have seen similar reports every once in a while. If you recently used the token for game time from the character selection screen, it is possible that the token didn’t disappear immediately. That sounds logical as to why it eventually timed out. I’m not sure if that could have been a delay in our system or caused by an addon, but it certainly would be something our QA team would be interested in looking into, if you are able to submit a bug report when you have a moment.
