"Token purchase/use in character selection menu"

I want to report a bug about Buying with gold or using a Token in the character selection menu, there is no option, last month I was able to buy the token from the character screen without any problem, I don’t know if it is due to a bug due to changes that were made in the pre-patch, but the option does not work, I opened a ticket and they solved the problem by giving me a few hours of play to buy the token at the house auction. … Other friends who returned to the game had the same problem.

You’d want to make a post in the bug report in the bug reports forum:

It’s been noted that due to warbands, you might not be on the server where you have the gold to purchase a token, or the token itself. Try changing servers to the one you know has the token or gold.

I tried many ways, changing kingdoms, connecting with level 10 characters on the kingdom that had the gold, logging back in and the option never worked, I will report it in “Bug Report” so you can check it. Thank you so much

You mean the option isnt there , or it doesnt work?
You said 2 diferent things in your post so not actually sure of which one it is.
As far as i know and see the option to purchase is in the character screen.
Do note a few things though:
With the warband addition,despise all characters showing up in the menu you still need to change realm to the one where the character who haz the token/gold is.
Also gold stored in the warbank does not count for token purchase.

I was in the correct realm, I don’t have my gold in the war bank, but the 30 days for gold option didn’t appear, it only showed me the “reactivate subscription” option.

Have you logged completely out of the game and launcher and started fresh?

I am seeing the option once again as well.

There was a very recent update that fixed the “resubscribe/token/money usage” bug, so most likely u need to fully get oit of the game and client and restart it so it get properly updated.

The issue itself was caused by blizzard accidently flagging lapsed accounts as Starter Accounts. Was told that unfortunally that issue is happening again in the EU servers.(guess they accidently reverted the fix there).
