I purchased tokens on two of my accounts to sell on the AH. Everything went fine and I listed them for sale. However, when i checked back they were no longer listed and I had a message in my mailbox which said that they reversed the transaction because information on my account didn’t match the card. Ok I fixed that problem but I now get a message saying I have too many of the item (tokens) despite the fact that I don’t have any.
You might need to submit a ticket to Blizzard about this purchase issue.

I tried submitting a ticket but all you get is generic form answers that have nothing to do with my problem.
The link in my post is for the ticket itself. Just fill in the information requested and hit submit.
