Today I got the virus

we need to re-examine our healthcare system in general, but right now covid is stressing it to unprecedented limits, not obesity.

people are dying and ur worried about throwing stones lmao all i need to hear

This and

Are directly opposing views. Do you people even think about what you say before you say it? Or is playing parrot all you are good at?

No, they are not.

I don’t think you understand how vaccines even work.

Not according to the CDC.

Go on, go look at the statistics between the flu and COVID.

I just got it confirmed like 2 days ago, right now it’s mostly a REALLY bad cough and loss of taste, although I did have headaches and chills before.

Nowhere has the CDC said that it’s no more dangerous than the flu. Nowhere. And the statistics on deaths absolutely proves you wrong.

62,000 deaths from the flu in 2020 in the U.S.

621,000 deaths from COVID in 2020 in the U.S.

If you decide to not be vaccinated, you should just die if you get it and have a very bad reaction?

What about side effects? What about being told by your doctor to not get the vaccine? Who decides who should die and who gets except from your evil Just Go Die Clause?

Again with this garbage. This vaccine is causing MAJOR issues in some people. Some have died from it, but according to you, screw those people’s fear?

The arrogance of people like you is absolutely astounding.

Oh give me a break with your fearmongering. Yet another “if you don’t get the vaccine, you want people to die” parrot.

But yet if you follow these interactions closely, you’ll realize that it’s people like these two that really want others to die.

This is why you compare them individually.

And this is why you need to compare them on a per infection rate, not just broad numbers.

As in, you look at death per infection rate.

But no, you wouldn’t know to do that, would you?

I know exactly how vaccines work.

Do you understand that they also shorten the amount of time that a patient is sick with said disease, and that causes a weakened or destroyed virus on the other end, meaning little to no chance of variants, or possible spreading of said virus?

THAT’S THE POINT OF A VACCINE.

Please, go learn a little science, with a focus on virology and microbiology and let us know when you’re ready to stop talking about what you “think” is correct here. Your lack of education on the subject is glaringly obvious.

ONE of the vaccines was causing an issue, but it wasn’t because of the interaction with the COVID virus, but in the other ingredients in the shot.

That particular one was pulled when they realized something might be wrong with it. The other vaccines were and are still fine.

While I don’t agree with Ahsa on “letting people die”, which we never should, your response is misleading as well.

Either way, I’m done with this topic. Muting and moving on.

I hope you get better soon

Sorry you’re feeling poorly

And even in that scenario the individuals chance of death is much higher. Even -if- the percentage is the same.

Take 10 6 sided dice, it’s possible you won’t roll a 6.
Take 100 6 sided dice, your basicly guaranteed to roll a 6.

The higher the infection rate, the higher the chances the individual that catches it will die from it. Simply due to probability law of high numbers.

Funny, ever since the start of this pandemic, I’ve been immune to being sick, never gotten sick the past two years, and never had a fever.

Just a few food poisonings and stomach bugs by bad food from some sketchy restaurants.

No. It’s not because I wear the mask, I don’t wear it if I’m not at work. Don’t really pay attention to any of these rules, except I always wash my hands and I’ve always sanitized my apartment even before this pandemic. I hate the smell of mold and rotting things.

You are so uninformed. They stopped reporting the flu as soon as covid started. They also attributed all the deaths they could to covid, even if people never had it, and without attributing it to any cormidities.

The original strain was 99% survivable. The Delta variant is 99.7% survivable, but that doesn’t stop the brainwashed people like you from spreading fear and propaganda, when the science doesn’t align with your agenda.

I have to post a response here because the sexual assaulter at Blizzard have blocked me from posting in this thread.
To Winsten, the ultimate RP propagandist-

  1. You refute the survivability rate by saying no, without any data. I’m using CDC numbers.
  2. You are so far gone that it’s a waste of time responding. People like you are a huge part of the problem.
  3. https://d2eehagpk5cl65.cloudfront.net/img/q60/uploads/2021/08/Screen-Shot-2021-08-09-at-11.50.41-AM.png
  4. HHS documents admit the CDC has never isolated any “covid-19 virus” so there is no definitive test that differenbtiates between the flu and covid, as of August 8th, 2021.
  5. Covid death numbers inflated - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Robert Redfield acknowledged Friday that the number of COVID-19 deaths could be inflated where someone who had the virus actually died from something else, but it was recorded as a COVID death. “I think you’re correct in that we’ve seen this in other disease processes too, really in the HIV epidemic, somebody may have a heart attack, but also have HIV — the hospital would prefer the [classification] for HIV because there’s greater reimbursement.

B) CDC director agrees hospitals have monetary incentive to inflate COVID-19 data.

C) The CDC website says that only 6% of the people who have died from COVID actually died of COVID because they also had other conditions.

I could go on for days, but you’ve ingested way too much Kool-aid to reason with.

I suspect it deals with the amount of others around you who do. The more people that practice good sanitization the lower the risk in general for the rest of the group.

Where have I fearmongered anything?

Give me one example. I simply said the vaccine has dangers to SOME people. Hence some being hesitant to get it.

Nice try.
