Just like Obama and his birthday bash!
Wait…oops!
No one wore masks. No one social distanced. And now, they’re all getting COVID!
Funny how the media buried that story quick… Imagine if that had been Trump?
And Lightfoot and Lollapalooza!
I agree, it’s better to be cautious. Personally I am waiting for Pfizer to be avialable for people in my age bracket (it’s currently not) and I am not willing to take Astrazeneca due to recommendations from my doctor and health officials in my country.
When in doubt, talk to your doctor. That’s always my recommendation. They know your medical history, they’ll be able to tell you what’s best for your specific circumstances.
Wait, so after calling people that haven’t had the vaccine every name in the book, you yourself haven’t been vaccinated?
Just when I thought you couldn’t get any more hypocritical…
Your age bracket? How old are you? (ball park)
That how that particular group are, it’s easy to demonize people but they themselves don’t practice what they preach.
I’m 35 exactly, but in my country (Australia) the Pfizer vaccine isn’t available in quantities where anyone can get the jab, so it’s being rolled out in phases. I’d only be eligible if I was working in specific industries or I was suffering from specific health conditions (Asthma for example), but as I don’t work in those industries (currently unemployed) and I don’t have any of those health conditions, I’m SoL.
If I could get Pfizer right now, I’d already have gotten my first jab. I actually asked my doctor about it last week when I did a skin check and looked at blood test results where I learned that my vitamin D levels are extremely low.
Wha? Uhh, have you been living under a rock? My state, New South Wales, is currently under strict lockdown thanks to the delta variant of COVID running rampant…
It’s been almost two years since we have dealt with covid. You don’t need a vaccine at this point. Especially at 35.
No! Get whatever is available now!
According to you, you’re just being selfish and risking everyone around you!
Funny how that narrative suddenly changes when it involves YOU and YOUR well being…
The Heck with everyone else! Those people want to murder grandma!
Funny thing is, I am quite older than them, and I have a worse medical condition that makes me worried about taking the jab, since it actually could straight up kill me.
Yet, I’m sure I’m a murderer according to The Holy Carhagen.
Always. The amount of potentially conflicting information demands it. I’m in an isolated city (Perth) where that isolation has proved to be an advantage for once and the COVID situation has been handled well, so I’m playing the waiting game too. Why take a perceived risk if you don’t need to?
Yes, I’m well aware of the totalitarian state Australia is in. Hoping that does not come to the US when it doesn’t have to.
Because people like her think its compassionate and empathetic to take that very risk for the well-being of others.
Vaccinated contract delta just as much as unvaccinated do. Is this new knowledge to some people?
Totalitarian? Hardly, but hey, I’m not going to argue that.
And you’re already dealing with the delta variant as well in multiple states. Sadly a lot of American leaders are more interested in the economy rather than people’s lives, so while I hope Delta doesn’t ravage America the same way it ravaged India and the same way it’s ravaging my state, I wouldn’t be surprised if the idiots in charge allow it to happen. Especially since your country is dealing with an almost terminal case of idiocy as people scream ‘muh freedoms’ while refusing to wear a mask or social distance.
Is there a issue with the vaccine and D levels? Mine has been low my entire life. I take D3 Pills and it does no good. Nothing I do seems to increase it I’m talking super low. I believe they said something like 30.
i’ll say. no replies to me thus far.
what say?
go outside then.
No, they just aren’t going to give in to the fear the media permeates. Delta is a variant of covid 19… it may be more contagious but it’s less deadly. Florida was in school all year and still had less deaths than NY/CA/MASS
No, that’s just from me spending most of my time inside, it’s not related to COVID at all.
As it currently stands, according to my doctor a healthy level of vitamin D in the blood is anywhere from 150 to 200. Low levels of vitamin D is 50. My vitamin D levels were at 18.
It’s not deadly to have low vitamin D, but it can result in osteoperosis as I get older, so I’m working on improving my vitamin D levels already.
