The NPC Tobias the Filth Gorger is no longer present in Shattrath’s Lower City, meaning you cannot complete the “Of Thistleheads and Eggs” quest given by Borak, Son of Oronok in order to progress through your Tempest Keep attunement chain. This was broken as of maintenance this morning. Hopefully this is fixed soon so my alt can gain access to the also bugged Kael’thas Sunstrider fight.

Maybe they removed TK attunement.

Just checked on my server and he is indeed gone.
Just add to the long list of garbage bugs blizzard either ignored from the PTR or added to this lovely patch.
Can confirm, he is also gone on Grobbulus.
Also if anyone is reading this, the PVP Quest NPCs (Alliance Brigadier General) are missing from all the classic major cities on Alliance.

So that’s two attunement based NPCs unavailable to players. I get Kara can be skipped provided you have someone else already attuned, but for fresh players/groups, they’re currently unable to do any of their raid attunements (you need Kara for SSC) and are limited to Gruul/Mag only.
Quick, someone check to see if you need to be attuned for TK to enter …
He’s phased. You can see him from Terokkar Forest but when you zone into Shat city you can no longer see or interact with him.
Confirmed! Sitting just outside shattrath in Terrokar Forest and hes back again. Disappears if you zone back into shattrath.

Tobias Forge is the much better singer.
He’s suppose to be standing where he usually stands. When I zone into terrokar you can see him. When you zone back into shatt he’s gone.
Are people who are not attuned… just screwed? Think this is one of those things that need a quick hotfix. Hopefully someone on blizz end sees this soon.

Removed preemptively for possiblity of title being perceived as offensive. Another virtuous step on behalf of Blizzard to assure you that removing longstanding digital content that nobody has ever complained about, but anybody anywhere in the future could, is one more step towards creating a safe, respectful, and harassment free work environment.
