Group I was in wiped/lost to spikes/fire traps. That needs nerfed.
Its okay if players dont really enjoy a game. Maybe its time for them to move on.

( Personally, I’ve decided to stop my hunter on layer 4 this week after narrow victories rather than risk my time pushing beyond my comfort zone; but I’m curious how other people are deciding where to stop )

The story parts are mind numbing easy. They’re layer 1.
I solo 6 pretty easy.
I dont mind the idea of Torghast, but I do feel it was done on the cheap. There are like 3 different types of mobs looks wise, all the corridoors look the same. I feel like its very unimaginative. They should have taken more time to make it look interesting graphically.

Apparently you’re a troll if you like Torghsst, guess I’m a troll then. This game mode needs to be increased in difficulty if anything and maybe less soul ash as reward to incentivize players more to grind it out. It’s a super fun game mode, and I wish Blizzard would do more with it.
Torghast: Where Blizzard will remind you that having heals, a tank pet, or being a tank is better than being a Mage and or Rogue.
Lots of mages clear thorgast. Sounds like a you problem.

You know you can group with others. Find a tank from your guild or a buddie to go with you.

That’s what I do to get my soul ash now. Just hop in a group and go. I’ve given up soloing it as a mage. Not only would it be very unlikely that I’d win–I’d be essentially signing up for a guaranteed 2.5 hours of game time in Torg as a mage.
TO be honest the parts for the story are layer 1s and kind of watered down .
They should split up the soul ash given to you for every floor you do and clearing the final boss gives you some bonus.
So if people are failing to kill the final boss, they dont just waste an hour of time for nothing. Just a thought seems like a no brainer change to me.
Ya I’ve never seen an issue with this. Layer 1 is easy and no one not even mages should be complaining about it. It’s basically lvl 4+ that’s a pain.

If you are still having trouble completing Torghast by yourself you should invite +1 tanks to your group to help clear the content. It’s very easy due to the mobs HP dropping by inviting tanks/healers. Doing that should help out so you can finish Torghast for the week.
