To everyone that’s upset about that the slime cat isnt in LFR

again, normal takes minimal time and effort and you can pug it and chill.

a boss here, a boss there, 2 bosses here, a boss there = new mount

Right, as if there haven’t been other threads who literally came out before saying what a nightmare it was to pug because they didn’t have AOTC/CE/KSM achievements from the previous raid tier/season…

bro i promise you if you put minimal effort into getting into a group it does not matter one bit what achieves you have. there’s so many groups that will be farming for the mount specifically

not to mention if you’re not the greatest, there’s gonna be big boys in the groups too going for the mount

Why put in effort to a game that obviously doesn’t care as much about its casual base anymore? I’ve already unsubbed and am just browsing the forums and chiming in here and there before my time runs out while playing Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

I promise you the “casual” playerbase can get this mount. and they will, because they put in effort.

I can no more change Blizzards minds from behind my computer screen than I can change the sky blood red on a whim of thought.

In either case it doesn’t stop me from criticize them on making a design decision that was obviously bad and anti-player.

Depends on your definition of casual. Everyone has a different definition of what they feel is and isn’t a casual.

For example, if you do scheduled group content (aka raiding or mythic+) I don’t view you as a casual. You are obviously putting in more effort into the game other than just booting it up, logging in, and doing random activities until you get bored.

why can’t one of those random activities involve joining a pug for a mount

Why isn’t LFR considered a PUG when its literally the same thing under a different menu?

perfect, now that you understand how there is no difference, everyone will get the mount

No they won’t, because some people don’t raid. Some people don’t LFR. Can’t get the mount if you don’t do the activity.

then why would you be in this thread in the first place.

See above quote.

this question wasn’t for you, it was for someone who doesn’t raid not looking for the mount. why would they be in this thread

Well sorry then you failed to reply to the correct person because it gave me a notification. Did you wanna go back and try to tag the proper person?

this is so incredibly petty. my point still stands. minimal effort = mount

no effort = no mount. doesn’t matter how you look at it.

Ability to clear the content is immaterial to the matter of whether or not blizzard limited access to the mount.
By virtue of LFR being excluded from the pool of difficulties wherefrom the mount can be obtained, objectively speaking, blizzard has limited access to it.

As if doing LFR isn’t effort. It is most assuredly more effort than logging in and collecting an anniversary achievement!

whats stopping you from joining a normal pug.

Bro. It’s me you’re talking to. You don’t need to pretend!

I know a dunk when I see one and you’re over here dancing with an end zone celebration like no other.

Yeah, okay bud.
