Because I was kicked as soon as I landed. Its in the beginning of the dungeon.

I realize this is semantics, but they really are not banned from anything, esp not the whole game.
A ban is a permanent removal from access to something. They are not banned from the game. They are not even banned from the dungeon finder.
They are temp locked out of one aspect of the game until the debuff wears off.
it is not fun, but maybe don’t exaggerate that into a ban?

I know it’s real, too. I was on a Shadowfang Keep run, once, as one of the dps. We had just finished the second to last boss, almost to the last boss, and then someone votes to kick the tank for no reason I could tell. The run had been going fine. Nobody was dying. We’d progressed right along. I voted no, but got outvoted.
I was so annoyed that at that point I left the dungeon, because the vote kick was so dumb.

This is what kicking is - it removes you and gives you the debuff.
Both of which are direct consequences of the vote.
The VTK system as it exists today is what I’m proposing enhancements to.
And they are. But the problem with saying ‘just report them’ to someone being toxic, nasty, or griefing in LFD is that it can take 1 month to 6 weeks for those reports to turn into something, and you (very often) want to be done with them long before that.
I appreciate your perspective on that matter, however, 90% of the people in this thread are hyperbolic to prove a point. In fact, you could probably move that statistic to the entire forum.

You clearly feel strongly about this, judging from the essay you wrote. What puzzles me is how you are experiencing this so often when the only times I see anyone kicked is for AFK or DC.
Your proposal doesn’t change anything about the debuff.
So when do you just admit you’re trolling so we can move on with our lives?
if everyone who didn’t use common sense left this forum there would be four or five people left talking about why professions are broken.
It is semantics. I don’t care if I’m free to go pick flowers when I want to play LFG.
If I get banned from these forums I can still read them. Guess that means I can never be banned?

No, but if you’d like to suggest that improvement feel free.
My suggestion is to a part of the process.
Common sense would tell us that you’re biased and there’s something you’re not telling us.
Whether you’re self aware enough to understand the true reason, or you’re simply not telling us because you know it makes you look bad, we’ll never actually know.
That’s what common sense tells us. What you want me to do isn’t common sense.

I’ve already suggested a genuine improvement.
I’m sure someone so invested in this topic and not trolling has seen me say it, since I’ve said it multiple times. I won’t insult your intelligence by restating it.
As much as I’m dubious (in all odds, there was something said in chat that we’re conveniently not being told about), if it’s heroic and he took the flight and the group got annoyed with him for not helping with the boss because the flight took noticably longer than just clearing the trash, it’s essentially a non-participation kick.
Your suggestions are genuine. But ones you disagree with are trolling.
