Did blizzard lower the rate? I was out farming and got 200 saronite ore and not a single titanium node.

I’d guess bad luck… which server? I’d imagine the busier ones have more farmers. For what it’s worth, I’ve had similar luck with khorium during TBC.
Im on Bloodsail, just odd becasue yesterday same time, i was at least finding like, 3 or 4 nodes for every 100 ore i got, now, nothing.
Naw there’s tons of the stuff. Maybe too much of it in fact.

Yeah, some days I’d find several nodes of khorium in TBC. Then I’d go a week without seeing any.
I’m only 73, and still working on cobalt in WotLK. I’m sure I’ll get to titanium in a week, or so.
Back in the day I used to be like WOAH Titanium. Now I’m like woah? titanium.
I see the stuff way more in this version.
I blame layering.
Thats what i thought as well, up until the last day or so i was finding titanium like left and right now, after an hour, not a single node just odd.
Well, if you’re a fellow degen who got 80 in the first few days, it was probably no competition at all, but over all, the way node spawns are now is the first time I’ve been able to consistently get any nodes ever in classic in a way that feels natural. Really hoping it stays this way because the way its been since classic launched where you’re lucky if you get a few 20 stacks after literally 12+ hours of farming was beyond unreasonable.

I started questing in sholazar basin last night and must’ve seen like 4 or 5 nodes in an hour or so there.
yeah which is what i was seeing but this morning, nothing after a hour+ of farming
Sounds like bad luck. Try hopping layers if you feel like you’re up against strong competition.
Im pulling that out of limited feedbacks i saw. Might be true or not.
Some are saying that there are bots with the tp hack that are starting to mine. The kind where they run under the map unseen and yoink a lot of node.
Mostly bad luck.

Titanium is so cheap on ah, they are like 22g per bar and saronite bar is 8g. This makes transmute totally worthless
Saronite will turn into Titanium when not mined for a long time, the rate depends on the time of day and how much players mine them. This is also true for Khorium, Truesilver, Gold and Silver veins.

I had 4 Titanium nodes spawn within eyeshot of each other yesterday all at once. It’s just random but I haven’t had much issue finding it.
I’ve found nearly all of mine in caves… that spider cave near K2 is the hottest node concentration I’ve found…
