There is talk of sending an expedition to the other side of Azeroth but if they do that they will just fall of the edge. Azeroth, despite sometimes seen “Azeroth-globes” is definitely flat (ignore the illusion seen from the Vindicaar) and we know this because the day/night cycle are hitting the whole world at once. The entire world is a single time zone.
Joke aside some variation depending on where you are could be nice.

“Stinky Bright Potion” is pretty much Sunwarmed Sand, but much easier to get. It’s available at the auction house for a good price.
