What ever happened to being able to file a ticket when your having an issue in game? I keep getting disconnected in game with the error WOW51900319 and can’t seem to file a ticket because they are asking me for information which I am totally clueless to find. I just want to play the game not be a technical wizard.

I would start with your network. Are you wireless? Try plugging into network. Doesn’t fix it? Try resetting your network adapters.

Windows 10 Steps:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click on Network & Internet.
  3. Click on Status.
  4. Under the “Change your network settings” section, click the Network reset option. Source: Windows Central.
  5. Click the Reset now button. Source: Windows Central.
  6. Click the Yes button.

Maybe flush DNS:

  1. Open a command prompt - cmd.exe
  2. type ipconfig /flushdns

Try these because almost certainly it sounds as if your network is dropping out.
