It’s not “high-level” it’s generally been pretty good (like heroic dungeon level). And these dungeons are only available during the event, you can only do it this week…

Appears to be fixed, now dropping 158 Blues for me.
Items from dungeons I have done prior to the fix are still stuck at ilvl36 though.
Still broken for me, just got an ilvl 36 plate chest.
And the vendor loot is still 76

Shouldn’t we be getting 171 gear, as these are technically heroic dungeons?

Really ticks me off that this gets a big reply number and blizz wants to “work hard” to fix the issue while fury warriors haven’t been touched and can’t be viable in a raid. Waisted a month of gearing and grinding just to be refused every single pug group (ilvl 190 btw) because we can’t pump out decent numbers. Its a slap in the face. I will be ubsubscribing very soon if this issue isn’t addressed. Waste of time gearing and grinding rep and running mythic + if your spec is looked at as dead weight in raids. Beyond pissed
Howdy. Had the same issue. Ran three timewalking dungeons. Sigh.
This is unrelated to the issues that were described here. A comment like this on a post like this will get you no where
