I leveled up a warlock through Pandaria timerunning and I’m trying to take her to Shadowlands to work on covenants. However, I can’t find the quest (A Chilling Summons). It’s not in Orgrimmar, there’s no DKs or portals, I’ve looked on here and see other people with the same problem, but I can’t find a solution that works. I’ve done the starting Legion questline (well, skipped since I had already done it on my main and several others), and nothing. (For clarity, I just did the skip to go to Dalaran and pick up the hearthstone. No one ever shows up to do the class hall quest, so I can’t proceed further there, either.) If I go to Orbios, there are no quests there for this, I can’t click on the map, and there are no flight points.
Weirdly, I have another character I leveled up the same way through the Pandaria timerunning event and they found the quest, no problem. This one just doesn’t have the quest available or any way to jump start it.
Character is Rosenoire on Dalaran.
