same i did ALL the weekly/daily stuff on this new main that i just started gearing today and i got 350 gear in nearly every single chest… (soup, timewalking, dragonbane, hunts, world quests, weekly quest, etc).
Nothing in mail yet, fingers crossed

I was just able to buy 467 Dreamsurge gear… couldn’t do that earlier… maybe they are correcting this… or maybe I just got lucky… but don’t feel lucky enough to open this Cache yet!
Got a 418 season 2 item, and a GM said they cannot fix it. What? It should be easy enough to check their logs and just mail a cache. I would even settle for just doing the quest again, although it is sort of a pain.
Just got my new cache in the mail also. Kudos to Blizz for quick compensation.

The quest appears to be fixed, however it gave me a duplicate of an item I already have
Same happened to me last night around 11 pm pst. I thought there was a hot fix and STILL got a 441 item as a reward. I made a post here since the GMs reply was to do that.

I can also confirm I received a new cache in the mailbox. Thank you, Blizzard, for making good on those impacted by the bug.
Sigh… seems like there’s no new cache for people who got the flounder…

I also have not recieved a replacement piece for the 441 ilvl Flame-Warped Curio from my TW cache as well.

Posting cause I also am stuck with a 441 curio from the timewalking cache. Did not get anything in the mail. Please fix
Posting here as well. Opened a ticket on the situation where the timewalking reward chest gave a ilvl 389 item instead of the 493 it should have. GM said they could not do anything and sent me here to post for the devs to address. From the other 160 posts, it does not appear that is going anywhere either.
We already being forced to basically replay the same content we have been doing for the last two years in order to gear up for season 4, the least that can be done is for the appropriate level gear to be rewarded.
