I am going to the location of where Time Rifts are and they are not showing up on my map at all, do you need to unlock world quests before these become available? My character is level 63 and has not yet finished the Dragonflight Campaign?
I know I’m supposed to be able to see a “horn icon” that gives the countdown but it is simply not there for me. Is this a bug or am i supposed to complete some sort of pre-requisite?

mmm I thought it was max level content as the gear rewards are all max level required , tmog excepted of course.
That would make sense, I just saw a few websites online say it was accessible at lvl 60, but maybe they’re mistaken?
My level 65 alt was able to participate in the Rift events.
Have you otherwise unlocked World Quests, Tindomerel? I think that might be the issue, that you have to unlock certain content before it will be available for all qualifying characters on the account.
Trying to confirm that, but that’s my best guess, as a lot of previous events work much the same.
I’ve logged in after a few months off on my level 70 who has done all of the regular DF campaign and some of the Zeralek Caverns story, and I also am unable to see the Time Rifts.
Not seeing anything about any requirements for it to be visible, and I even have the weekly quest to complete one.
Has there been any further information on what’s needed to see them?
You are checking at the top of the hour down near the Reservoir? Do you see the vendors over there?
Looking at your character, Brugaris, it does seem you have the option to see and participate in the Time Rifts. Make sure you are looking in the right place.
They are to the east of Valkdrakken, where that horn is.
