My alts are not getting chests from the time rift, again. I really thought this was fixed.

I did not get Awakened Cache or Dilated Eon Canister on at least two of my toons (Proudmoore). I am so tired of the endless bugs that never seem to be adquately addressed. I opened a ticket, but fully explect to be told itâs somehow my fault, and to go pound sand.
Would love to know what all the store items are paying for - they arenât going towards producing a quality game or customer service.
Maybe stop with all this side garbage (Plunderstorm, Pandaria Remix), when you donât have a grip on retail, which is what we deliberately pay for, not this side fomo nonsense.

It is working again - at least my alt got the chest without a quest.
I did the time rift this afternoon on an alt. No there was no quest but I got no credit for the Time Rift either. Today is May 22, 2024 and this is for the LAST HURRAH. I did the Time Rift encounter in its entirety so I have no clue why I got NO CREDIT. Yes I reported a bug but seriously I should have gotten credit.
odd - I havenât done more than one alt this week
Did another character and had no problems with getting credit for Last Hurrah (that was never a problem for me) and also received a Cache of Embers.
Do you have addons running that may be causing a problem or maybe you forgot to talk to the npc at the start?
Just ran the time rift with another alt and no chest. I got credit for the rift, but got nothing at the end. Just flakes from the chests. This is the second alt that did not get a cache for this. Iâve ran others with no problems. No idea why it would work on one alt and not another.
This is NOT fixed.
Just making sure you didnât already have a cache in your inventory from another activity?
Theyâre unique.

I did not. I checked for that after I didnât get one.
This is still an issue. Ran two alts through time rift, no problem. Third alt got no cache, no eon canister, only credit for completing the rift which fulfilled the weekly. Please, fix this bug!
This is STILL not fixed. How hard can this be after this much time? No, I did not have a chest in my inventory. Ran the time rift on an alt, and NO chest.
This time it was this toon with no cache from Time Rift. Not that I really need it, but come on. Why waste all the time for basically nothing.
This is still happening. I mean, really? As long as we have been doing the awakened stuff, youâd think this would be fixed. The piece of equipment is not a big thing, but those 15 drake crests lost make me cranky.
yeah they broke the weekly quest rewards as well - get ilvl 250 gear
