I have paid for an annual “EPIC” subscription, but my account details say my subscription will run out after just 30 days. Is this counting down the 30 extra days included with the annual subscription purchase and then my annual subscriptions starts after that?
If your going by the launcher that would be the issue the launcher isnt always accurate account management is more accurate.

In addition, I have not heard or seen the 12 month subscription called Epic, but I have seen the Epic digital collection, which does include 30 days of game time. So lets check your purchase history also.
If you added only the Epic edition, that would have started your 30 day game time.
If you then also added a 12 month subscription that likely will show also.
I’ve found when there is more then about 4 months of game time, the launcher does not always show how much game time is left. So lets do check what the game time left shows in account management.

You bought the Epic edition, that comes with one month which is what your account is showing.
