Time Loop Error

MY Lvl 56 Druid, is stuck in some sort of time-loop. I cannot see any other player characters in any time line, zone, realm or city. I cannot complete some quests.

Any suggestions…I think there may be an uncompleted quest but I have no way of determining which one it is and when/where I should complete it.

You could open a stuck on quest ticket and explain the situation and a GM should get u on the right track. If i had to guees its 90% of the time the legion returns quests at the draenosh blockade or SW docks id turn on low lvl tracking and check around there.
